Counties are a big part of Irish culture and heritage. It is who we are and where we come from. What we slag each other about! Each County has its own unique characteristics, symbols and nickname. County Crests are usually worn as a small badge on the top left of a top. This is fine, but the idea that county crests have to be limited to this space, strikes me as crazy! That many County crest don’t get updated for years, often decades, is also a shame. A missed opportunity. The purpose of this collection of Irish County crests is to give them a revamp, to allow them to brake out! and function at a level that is a truer reflection of the role they play in the backdrop of our lives.
